Passing of Ladies Auxiliary Life Member Byrd Sincak

Alberta Byrd Sincak, 89, of Kingston died Sunday, November 6, 2016 at home with her daughter by her side. Born in Elizabeth, NJ she has been a resident of Kingston for over 70 years. Alberta retired with over 25 years of service as a Postal Clerk with the Kingston Post Office. She was graduate of Princeton High School, 1944, member of the Kingston Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary for over 50 years, She enjoyed reading and was an avid bowler, golfer and gardener.

Daughter of the late Albert and Carolyn Hyslop, wife of the late Lewis G. Sincak, whom she was married to for 67 years, mother of the late Lewis A. (Skip) Sincak, sister of the late Carolyn Kappes, she is survived by her loving daughter Kathleen A. McCarthy, 2 granddaughters Amber and Lauren Sincak, brother-in-law John Edwards, niece Linda Edwards, Nephew Jack Edwards.
